How does scanning work?
Scan an ISBN barcode to add a book quickly, or use cover OCR. Cover OCR runs on-device — your cover photo is processed on your phone, not uploaded for recognition.
Does Willow work offline?
Yes. Willow is offline-first. Log sessions and update your library without a connection. When you’re online again, cloud sync keeps your data up to date across devices.
How do accounts and sync work?
Sign in with email or with Sign in with Apple to enable cloud sync and keep your library across devices.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account inside the app: go to Settings → Delete Account, or open Profile Details → Delete Account. That permanently removes your account and synced library, sessions, and notes, and it cannot be undone. Export a CSV first if you want to keep your library.
Does deleting my account cancel Willow Pro?
No. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Subscriptions. Willow Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
